Senior PX Generalist 

Most companies call it HR.

We are currently looking for a senior professional, passionate about leaving a mark on setting up an organization from scratch. We strongly prefer candidates with knowledge of the local environment.

The role of the team 

As mentioned, you will be important in developing our PX organization in Slovakia. You will work closely with specialists from other areas in the global PX organization as well as with representatives and stakeholders outside the company.  

You will guide the team in doing local implementations of the global strategy and global processes as well as ensure a controlled and effective implementation and execution of local processes. 

To be more explicit, you would be responsible for setting up a compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our company's objectives, market trends, and best practices and of course, within the legal framework of the country. 

Your role 

• Establish an attractive and fair culture for our employees, based on complex data and trends. 
• Make sure we are relevant for the local market, being aware of surrounding markets (Hungary, Ukraine, Czech Republic) 
• Develop clear and engaging communication materials to help employees understand their compensation and benefits packages, promoting a transparent and supportive culture etc. 
• Being a strategic partner to the local team, with the prospect of leading one. 

Who are you as a professional? 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 
• Experience in compensation and benefits management, with a track record of success in developing innovative programs. 
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and industry trends. 
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience. 
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
• A passion for continuous learning and staying informed about the latest HR and industry developments.

• How do you present data, where do you ring a bell in an organization? (if we are not aligned with the market) 
• How well do you know legislation and service providers?
