The Program Manager IPL is responsible for leading, coordinating and reporting all project activities from PS-FSR. The position supports the successful implementation of all activities for MP&L. This position ensures the achievement of the required project and business targets on time and within budget in coordination and alignment with all stakeholders.
How can you help our mission?
- Coordinating all project activities for MP&L team from PS – FSR.
- Collect, coordinate and report on all in-plant project-related MP&L activities, covering complete end-to-end material flow.
- Involvement in the logical planning, coordinating and participating in the in-plant Logistics part (PSCE) in the RASI for FA, BiW, Paint, VCPC, battery manufacturing,…
- TSU coordination, follow up and signing for in-plant KUs
- Prepare and participate in CR meetings with Program Finance (Plant)
- Driving & developing Lean KPI’s in-plant logistics
- Driving & developing PSR KPIs for in-plant logistics
- Responsible for Milestone & Gate reports PSR and for as to home unit and Sr PM Mfg
- Working with Core in-plant, Procurement & Plant on JIS / LDJIS requests, including merging questions from Procurement on dual suppliers for one commodity
- PPC input and management, incl IRs
- Supporting escalations from Team
- Work within MP&L to coordinate with PSCE/MH, Plant Engineering & Production on material facade issues, sequencing requests, kitting, downsizing etc.
- Ensure the team’s active participation in cross-functional workgroups together with SCM. Report accordingly.
- Follow-up on personal KPIs and department KPIs by performing the tasks as described above in order to reach the organizational targets.
- Active involvement in the MP&L department activities to successfully launch each new project and build the most successful MP&L department.
Do you fit the profile?
- Have technology in supply chain management, logistics, and business management
- Lean production mindset, continuous improvement;
- Strong ownership, can take all tasks and reach the target;
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Attention to detail, and an analytical thinking
- Good computer and MS Office skills.
- 5 years of similar position experience, have worked in Automotive manufacturing supply chain or supply chain field;
