About us
The department Prototype Build & Verification is responsible for the prototype build and the verification environment, and this is an opportunity to move into the world of product development. We provide test objects and test results in order to support the development of new products.
The Prototype Build and Verification consist of different facilities such as Test facilities, Laboratories, Workshops, Concept Centers, Measurement Technology, and Calibration.
Pilot plant & logistics are an important part of this and are responsible for the whole value-chain from specification to building of physical test objects for product and process verification. The department consists of approximately 200 colleagues in 6 specialized groups and with experts and support functions.
What you will do
We are now looking for our next committed and collaborative colleague who is eager to join us!
You will be a part of our logistics team and lead and develop the logistics area, ensuring that the logistics function is working in a proactive way to meet future requirements. You will also support the organization to improve the flow with value stream mappings and conduct pre-studies for upcoming projects.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally within R&D and with other stakeholders in the company in order to successfully secure the logistics flow. You will also support the organization to become more data-driven, improving dashboards and creating visibility in Power BI and other tools. You will make an important contribution, bringing value to the whole chain.
What you bring
We believe you have logistics knowledge and a minimum B.SC in material handling or equivalent experience. As we are on a journey to become more data-driven, it is meritorious if you are analytical and have a high level of experience with analytical tools. You have experience in leading change and project management as well as practical logistic skills. You like to work in a changing environment where you are involved in setting targets as well as foreseeing and driving the area of improvement.
On a personal level, you are without prestige and enjoy working in a fast-paced and fast-changing business. You embrace changes in an enthusiastic, open-minded, and innovative way. Together with these personal characteristics you also have strong collaboration and communication skills making it easy for you to build trust and to communicate in a transparent and concise way.
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
