Offer Development Manager

For the development of Care by Volvo - we will strengthen the team with an Offer Development Manager

 

Responsibilities

Drive development of the Care by Volvo subscription offer to ensuring commercial success and to fulfill our brand values of Personal, Sustainable and Safe. Translate insights into clearly articulated actions and projects and ensuring delivery of new offers to our markets. 

 

  • Own part of the Care by Volvo subscription offer, development roadmap and execution of ongoing development
  • Understand and translate consumer insights, value propositions & communication stories into real offer development initiatives
  • Work in close collaboration with marketing, sales, finance, operations and our digital teams to execute development and new product launches that high-light our innovations and drive demand
  • Promote consumer insights driven agile development – with focus on experiments, speed and learning
  • Support live markets and market implementation teams as owner of part of the Care by Volvo offer
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Your role will be reporting to head of Offer development

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:

 

  • University degree
  • Proven track record of intrapreneurship 
  • Prior service development or management consulting experience preferred
  • Experience in driving cross functional and complex projects
  • Intellectually curious, creative problem-solver enjoying solving complex challenges
  • Ability to work highly independently, in matrix organization
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills 
  • Ideally international exposure in the subject matter
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing

HQ Gothenburg or Stockholm Office
