Geometry Lead Engineer - Perceived Quality PDS/感知质量尺寸主管工程师

What you will do?
You are going to be part of a strong team that consists of both Attribute Leaders and Analysis Engineers that together secure our deliveries. 

  • Perform attribute analysis for Geometry and Appearance on Complete Vehicle both virtually and physically.
  • Responsible for Geometry & appearance requirements setting on Complete Vehicle.
  • Specify the attribute level, with regards to the desired degree of customer satisfaction and competitiveness (as defined by product definition)
  • Define, lead and drive PQ issues in order to fulfil attribute targets in specified area
  • Secure attribute involvement and statement in deviation judgement when requirement level can’t be fulfilled.
  • Develop and ensure that adequate analysis and verification methods (virtual and physical) exist to technically describe and measure the customer experience as well as to verity target fulfilment.
  • Work with global PQ group, take part in the attribute topics discussion
  • Plan and conduct competitive analysis as basis for attribute requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor development of system solutions and their attributes, keep up to date on PQ benchmarking data
  • Support ART-responsible in their system development 
  • Communicate the attribute situation to product and line management
  • Support in other PQ activities where needed


Do you fit the profile?     

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Interested in PQ, 5+ years' experience and 3+ years working on Geometry & Appearance
  • Fluent with both spoken and written English
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder balancing
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Analytic and innovative
  • A great communicator and excellent corporation skills
