The demands of our customers on individual mobility are changing rapidly in the course of advancing digitalization and Volvo wants to take a leading role in the development of new mobility concepts. With Care by Volvo, we have launched a premium online car subscription that offers our customers a completely new user experience.

The task of Care by Volvo Car Germany GmbH is to set up, market and operate our new mobility offer in the German market. We are a challenging, young company with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making channels. We offer a dynamic environment with close links to our headquarters in Sweden and the opportunity to help shape the further development of Care by Volvo.


Your tasks

  • Handling of customer inquiries by phone, email and chat as well as their further processing
  • Conducting personal consultations with the aim of winning interested parties as enthusiastic Care by Volvo customers
  • Maintenance, enrichment, qualification and scoring of prospect data in our CRM system Salesforce
  • Acquisition of new customers through an independent and reliable implementation of sales and marketing measures in direct marketing by telephone and email
  • Advice and acquisition of new customers at promotion events in the course of appearances at trade fairs and events
  • Identification and qualification of target groups and potentials in the private and corporate customer segment
  • Proactive introduction of ideas and suggestions for improvement to continuously improve the customer experience


Your profile

  • Commercial education
  • Several years of experience in sales, field service, telesales/marketing or customer service
  • High affinity for cars and mobility as well as enthusiasm for new trends and new developments in this area
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Enthusiasm for working with people, strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others through a positive and emphatic manner
  • Motivated to succeed and challenges are seen as opportunities
  • Solution-oriented in combination with a high degree of closing orientation
  • Structured and independent way of working paired with a high level of motivation
  • Knowledge of using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
  • Business fluent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
