Summary of Internship:

- Looking for someone with analytical skills and an ability to identify trends within the Technical Training organization

A Day in the Life:

-Training Academy support to ensure training is running optimally

- Interdepartmental coordination of retailer communications including field staff

- Analyze end of course test results for continued course development

- Communication with retailers regarding training reminders, course notifications and upcoming targets  

-Training program(s) support including event planning, trips

-Organize online study sessions, map attendance, plan dates

-Verify online resources to ensure certifications are updated for each retailer

-Coordinate online virtual training sessions and webinars for virtual learning

What you will bring to Volvo:

-Knowledge with MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI

-Possess strong analytic and communication skills

-Working toward or graduated with Bachelor Degree or in senior year of study

-GPA of 3.2 or higher

You might also have:

- Interest in Luxury Automotive, cars, SUVs as well as EV

- Lead a project from start to finish

In order to be considered for this program, you need to be currently enrolled in a related Undergraduate degree program as a rising, Junior, Senior or anticipate graduating within the calendar year. Program is set to begin early June 2023.
