Regional Manager, Customer Experience Advocate - Southern

What We Are Looking For:

 

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Customer Experience leader who is a self-starter and critical thinker to join our Customer Experience Team. The Manager, Customer Experience Advocates South will execute a holistic strategy to support Volvo Cars retailers in their strive for customer experience excellence.

 

This position will have high visibility and the opportunity to contribute significantly in our efforts to take Customer Experience to the next level.  

 

Our welcomed new team member will:

 

  • Establish, lead and mentor a team of Customer Experience Advocates responsible for delivering training and CX strategies to our field and retailer partners in the Southern region.
  • Report on progress of trainings to ensure continuous education and learning experiences.
  • Facilitate training sessions for in-store personnel and engage with retailers on additional training needs.
  • Communicate these needs to Sr Manager for consideration, and implementation into custom training plans.
  • Schedule training session, consultation visits with retailer staff and ensure max participation and engagement within stores.
  • Provide input and feedback into content development to address regional needs and objectives.
  • Review in-store processes impacting customer experience with regional market teams and retailers and develop improvement plans. Follow-up on those improvement plans to build long term success.
  • Communicate purpose and goals of Customer Experience programs, as well as provide meaningful and actionable information to internal and retailer partners.
  • Collect and share best practices that focus on improved systems, processes and management methods that enhance customer experience, productivity, and efficiency within the retail stores and digitally.
  • Collaborate with regional staff on all matters CX and training.
  • Conduct training sessions on a need be basis for focus stores and/or retailer groups.

 

What you will bring to Volvo:

 

  • Minimum 10 years related work experience including field and/or retail sales, training, business operations.
  • Customer experience minded, strong interpersonal skills, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in facilitation and training execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time 
  • Strong managerial skills and ability to lead a team which is spread throughout the region.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of retailer programs and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge and recognition of industry customer experience benchmarks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • MS Office Suite

 

 

This role is located in Charleston, SC.  60% Travel required.
