What you will do
You will work act as a global business owner for responsible commodity & supplier to be responsible for commodity & supplier strategy, development and management.
Work in global category team, lead or support regional/global activity and task from global backlog, secure transparent communication and global alignment. 
Co-create commodity strategy in terms of sustainability, quality, cost, capacity, robust concept, flexibility & footprint, strong link with company purpose.
Make sure supplier understand sustainability roadmap, drive CO2 reduction, clean energy and recycle material as priority.
New sourcing include RFQ, supplier evaluation, cost analysis, negotiation and contract with global alignment to secure on time delivery. 
Responsible for and lead cost reduction activity & objective, actively drive cross functional team to achieve common goal.
Optimize supplier footprint globally to secure the best support to car assembly plant with better logistic chain and low emission.
Support SQM and R&D for escalated issues.
Support global category team to manage Supplier capacity in life cycle.
Support global category team to manage supplier product and tool order.
Support running production, work with cross functional team drive precise delivery and continuous improvement, jointly develop VQE strategy.
Support change management.
Regular evaluate supplier performance, enhance key supplier partnership.
Lead the delivery of global procurement objectives.
Other assignments by team manager and global category manager.


You and your skills
Bachelor degree or above with engineering/supplier chain/commercial management background.
3-5 years automotive experience in driveline installation system is preferred.
Fluent English in written and oral, with excellent communication skill
Automotive OEM and/or tier-1 procurement/purchasing experience is required
Need strong global mindset, proactive way of working
Can manage complicated business case under the pressure and time limit
Demonstrated leadership, can lead cross functional team to achieve challenge target
Highly engagement, self-driven, result-oriented
Willing to support and share with others as team player, challenge with respect
Profession and deep knowledge in procurement & commodity
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and insight in your specific area
Creative thinking, willing to learn and always curious
Continuous improvement and always drive to better performance
Logical analysis capability for complex case
Flexible in business travel and working hours (interact with EU/US/China team)
