This role is within our Industrial cluster within the Digital Finance area. In our product team Product costing we are responsible for tracking and planning all costs incurred when creating a product or a service.

Our mission is to provide accurate and timely data for analysis, in order to give management relevant data for policy making.

Main responsibilities

You will be implementing the product costing solution in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA for our cars and components. At the same time you ensure that business requirements are transformed into high quality solutions.

It is expected that you use your SAP expertise to resolve complex issues that might occur. As an Application Specialist, you are involved in all phases from design to realization and your tasks will include:

• Prepare detail design of the solution
• Create solution demo in the system
• Perform configuration
• Document the solution and write functional specifications for developers
• Prepare plans for delivering the solution together with the Engineer Manager/Product owner and proactively report status
• Perform unit test/system tests
• Fix defects identified during testing
• Handover the solution to support team

You will be working together with product owner, engineering manager, stakeholders and the DevOps team and bring your expertise within Product costing to the team in a friendly and effective collaboration.  

Do you fit the profile?

We believe that you are an experienced hands-on SAP application specialist in Controlling who has worked at least 3 years with Product Costing, especially in Product Cost Planning and Cost Object Controlling.  

You worked with end-to-end implementations from Realization, Cutover activities to Go-Live & Support, preferably in an agile model. 

Also, having relevant knowledge in designing solutions in S/4HANA is preferred.
